This classic-looking necklace is a versatile and timeless piece of jewellery. It would look stunning with a casual top or a posh frock – and would not look out of place in an office or at Downton Abbey. I’ve put small white freshwater pearls in between the 10mm garnet rounds. The necklace is finished with a sterling silver bolt ring clasp and measures 44 cms (just over 17 inches). Matching earrings are available.
Garnet, January’s birthstone, represents love and is believed to be good for the heart – both physically and emotionally.
